BLACK PICTURE ON PASSPORT !!!
The passport issued to me today is having my picture which is very difficult to recognise as it is very shaded. It is ludicrous to note that Embassy issuing a Passport for International Travels does not have a clear picture. Will approach the embassy tomorrow for the same. The shows what caliber of staff / government is operating.

DRIVING LICENCE
Dear Sir,
This is Umair Khalid from Sohar, Oman... i want a little help from my embassy...
i want to get omani driving licence here, but i come to know that if you have the Pakistani Licence with you, you will have to clear only road test. There is no need for drum test and slope test.
On 1st November 2010 i went to pakistan and made my driving licence. The reason is when i was in pakistan i didn't have that much money to make licence and my family was unable to support me.
I completed my Graduation in 2007 and suddenly started job in Pakistan in one of the Textile mills in pakistan, later i join Mobilink and from last one and half year i am working in Oman as an accountant. My age is 23 years and the reason of telling you the all this was, now i am in this position that i could afford the charges of driving licence of Pakistan...
i have LTV licence of pakistan....
what am i supposed to do now for getting omani licence? Is there any help that i can get from my people?
i want to get the licence in minimum money if possible because i am the only source of income for my family and there are a lot of responsibilities on my shoulders...

kindly do the needful in this regard and guide me through this...

Your kind help required regarding how to get the contact information of an omani national, Actually i have lost the contact information of my friend who was studying at Rawalpindi Medical College and after contacting oman embassy in pakistan i come to know that i should have to submit an application to pakistan embassy in oman inorder to obtain the required data.
