i am in italy from 2006,i came here with computerised passport (masood ahmed)but my real name and in italy record is MASOUD AHMAD SHAH now i want to change my name.is it possible in milan or in rome.

Assalam o Alikum, I appllied for NICOP card on 13 01 2011. Today when i called to Milan Consulate they told
me that my card is still pending. when i checked my online application status. i found it rejected. So now i am
submitting all my passport and ID card data alongwith attachment. I need it urgently. please do favour.
