aisay bkwas na kro .ye true news hai pak k news paper main aya hai ,jung 18 feb ki k kuwait or quter ny visa pabandi khatam ho gai hai .kwt main baith ker apni na maro .

you did not read the newspaper carefully,September date is in another context,not the date of opening of visa. this is newspaper of 20 TH February,means of Thursday. I live in Kuwait and do job here and used to read newspaper regularly and if anybody does not want to believe about this news,its up to him. this is a newspaper news and i am not saying that its confirmed that visas will be opened but there is hope that visas may be opened. No newspaper in Kuwait can publish fake news.

Day always write doubtfull in this news what is mean by next march ...its realy doubtfull line ...thay should write comming march ...please read carefully last paragharph
