Sub: for uphold the honors and dignity of Human rights Please raised my issue of broad violation of human rights as well as inhuman treatment of Government of India causing on ground of Gender and race more than 36 years by making deprived from human Rights besides Corrupt practices of the staff of Indian diplomat serving under United Nation Human Rights Council with collusion of the officials of united nation information center, New Delhi to prevent my Complaint dated 16-10-2014 and reminder of the same dated 23-08-2015 before office of human rights council for action by applying pressure on UN officials who are Indian origin.
PRAYER: It is therefore most respectfully prayed in to the honor of His Excellencies that his Excellencies may kindly be pleased to raise my issue of broad violation of human rights before H.E. high Commissioner for human rights United Nation for taking more punitive and rapid action on my above said Complaint pending before him to save my life from torture causing 36 years that I can get Justice to your good self I shall be highly grateful to you

1. I Noor saba 73 years old lady from India most humbly bring into your kind attention the corrupt practices of the Indian diplomat office serving under United Nation Human Rights Council and recklessness of the Director Mrs. Kiran Mehra and information officer Mr. Rajeeve Chanderan serving under united Nation information center, New Delhi both have not only prevented my legitimate Complaint since 16-10-2014 to not forward the same to united Nation human rights council in pressure of the Government of India but prevented my said complaint for action before human Rights Council filed by me on 16-10-2014 and reminder of the same as fresh on 23-8-2015 directly for taking more punitive and rapid action against broad violation of my Human rights done by corrupt judges of the supreme Court of India as well as state on ground of Gender and race by applying pressure on UN office the united Nation human rights council because both Indian origin UN official had worked in un headquarter.

The most humbly bring to this The applicant in her above mentioned complaint brought to the knowledge of human rights council that how the corrupt and communal Judges of the supreme Court of India are not only causing total miscarriage of Justice, prejudices, inhuman treatment and counterless physical, financial and mental harassment to me more then 36 years on ground of Gender and race to save the violators of my human rights but made my life more than animal survival condition by implicating my entire family including me in several false Civil and Criminal Court cases which infect punishable for life imprisonment to bring me under pressure i.e. raising voice against their corrupt practices.

3. The most humbly bring to this that I have written several letters along with said complaint to H.E. Mr. Ban ki Moon and H.E. His Excellency Zeid Raad Al Hussein High Commissioner for Human Rights Geneva, Switzerland requesting him to take action on my complaint I have not received any response from them since the date of filing said Complaint it appears that my all communication are concealing before Higher authorities by any Indian authorities serving in the office of united Nation human rights council in pressure of Indian diplomat.
