my document messing
Dear Miss Mony,
Thank you again for your messages. As informed earlier, we forwarded your request to the ICRC archives and also to the national society, the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.
What was found was the application form filled by your mother Jamila Khatoon with the number B/10914, but there is no record about the repatriation as such.
You ask us to verify the "clearance certificate" which you emailed earlier and to scan it again. This request is not very clear to us. Do you refer to the application form?
What we can do is to provide you with an attestation concerning the registration by the ICRC in 1973. Would this be of help to you?
As I am leaving my position in Dhaka this week, may I suggest that you contact our ICRC office in Islamabad (ask for the Tracing department), if you feel it would be easier to explain your request over the phone or by meeting them directly.
