Dreadful Service
They need to move into the 20th Century. The service is poor and the staff have no manners... We need a postal service, which would treat everyone's application fairly, like the passport service. Getting a new passport is cheaper and easier to get then nicop. Please everyone, we all need to unite and sort this terrible head ache once and for all.

Renewal of NICOP
I visited the Pakistani Consulate in Birmingham to renew my NICOP. I arrived around 10am on a Tuesday morning and there was queue of approximately 60 people. I was with my family and was advised to come the following day and queue from around 7am. The sadness of the situation is that nearly every Pakistani that I know off has had a similar experience. The current set up has been going on for years which quite frankly is not acceptable. I know my comments won’t change anything but rather than write abuse, I would like to express my opinions in a suggestive manner.
Firstly, I am a Muslim and then a Pakistani British national. The attitude and behaviour of the staff is not acceptable. When people go to the consulate they are at the mercy of the consular staff, who are totally devoid of reality. The reality being they are paid to provide a service that suits the PUBLIC and not themselves. I work in the public service sector and by the grace of Allah SWT regularly receive expressions of gratitude. It would be greatly appreciated if the Pakistani Consulate could improve their procedures and processes so that the public are not inconvenienced. Surely in this day in age the facility to renew a NICOP via online/post is simple to set up. Only few months back I renewed my son’s British passport via post. We will all answer to Allah SWT one day for our actions. So please make some improvements to ease the suffering of everyone who visits the consulate. May Allah SWT give us all hidaya. Ameen. JazakAllah

Shame, disappointment and Angery
I have seen Glasgow, Bradford Pakistani counsulate. they are bad but Birmingham is the WORST amoung them. In side the building is crapand it seems we are in Pakistan. No system for visa , passport or any other stuff whatsoever. staff'behaivior and attitude is shamefull and unprofessional. One feels ashamed insulted being there as Pakistani. Pakistani government at least here in uk should provide uk standard office facilieties and staff should act like uk work place staff.

WE NEED TO SORT THIS OUT
Hi Everyone I would like us to collectively sort this out as it is disgusting and totally unacceptable that we are being treated this every time we come to the offices whether it be in London, Birmingham or Bradford. We need to work together and forge a petition so that our comments can be noticed and send it to the papers. Shame them and maybe we will get a reaction. Please if I see there are enough comments I will push this forward as my wife is trying to get her passport renewed and we have been sent back twice from Birmingham Office and we are travelling from Bristol Everyday.

Amazing Toilet service
I was planning to renew my nicop and was searching for the relevant information when i came across this website. I read with interest that there is significant improvement in queueing time. You now have to queue for six hours previously this was 4 hours 10 years ago. Also the toilets now have much more layers of old and fresh 'tatty' for the consular staff and visitors to enjoy. Bismilla house decoration, floor surface and carpet remains untouched by cleaning appliance or chemical agents and 2mm layer of dust is maintained to give extra protection to the floor surface underneath. The Nicop fees have gone up 450% from ten years ago because of the chor and tattu's administrating consular and government affairs. I am looking forward to taking day of work and taking my nicop application and queing all day and then get told they have changed the application form and conditions or they are only allowing in the first 50 people in the queue. We must all write to the Head Tattu chor in the consulate and thank him for the amazing colours of their toilet and and their complete lack of organisation,
administrative efficiency and unmatched incompetence. Thanks again for wasting my day last time and losing my daughters nicop application.

shame on Pakistani conciliate their are providing very poor service and making people to cue up from 5/6am in this cold weather and them opening up at 10am and only taking 50 people rest made to go back home.it should be closed down and a postal type of system set up, where you send your application for nadra card and get your card through the post.(like when apply for your British passport)
