Hello... How on earth do you book an appointment?????
Came in to building ans was told to book online, the que was immaculately long and was told it's a long wait.
Can someone please assist me with my Question.???
As comments below relate: the worst level of sevice I have experienced ever and I'm nearly 50!
Surely it must be more rewarding to offer a quality service. Employ staff numbers (and ensure they are competent) that are able to accommodate the required demand.
I dont think you can get any earlier dates by visiting the Consulate Offices directly.
Easiest to do it online via link:

With Online booking, the earliest dates available today are middle of January 2016. If you see any dates GREYED OUT then scroll across with the Right arrow key and select the next available date & time.
I have rang two different type of numbers , but no answer , got disconnected after ringing and got charged too .... Online system giving app after three months which is no help as had to travel before .... Pakistani system sucks even in UK ... No sense to work
your atitude affects there attitude , then after that its all history !
overall a very nice experience
plesent staff
Hi, I was looking to book online appointment for our NICOP cards being made in Birmingham. I was disappointed as it did not give me any dates. Or I shall say a drop down menu appears with faded dates and can not select any dates for appointment. I called two different numbers but no response. May Allah give them Pakistanis a real soul full of Respect, Care and the Feelings for other human beings, Ameen! I am stuck and I need to make a visit to Birmingham office.
I went for my daughter's first NICOP at Birmingham today (30/10/15). I had lots of fears as stated below by lots of different people but my experience was so nice and different that I felt obliged to share.
I already had appointment booked ( online) 10-10:30. I went at 9:30 , parked my car, door of consulate was open so I went in the waiting area. There was no one at reception. A man came at 10:00 with a list of all those who had booked online appointments. He called the names of those between 10-10:30 and advised us to wait on a separate desk. Documents were checked and a slip for payment was issued. Money was paid in the bank just next to the counter and I was advised to wait for my turn. With in 5 minutes I was called in the NADRA room, picture was taken and application was filled.
I was asked to provide a photocopy of my daughter's birthcirtificate and passport ( which I got from the machine - in consulate ). I submitted the application along with these documents and that's it. I was at home by 11:00.
Every place have its goods and bads but my experience was good. I saw most people coming in without appointment or without required documents and then fighting with tha staff there for being unhelpful.
Bastro phone te chuko haram the khanday o ik te halal the kha lo kiss kuti dey o hey kam new hondha te ghar bohvo I the aa ke Adam noon kiyon kajal katdey oharamiyo
