It is not easy to get serbian visa. The Process is Send filled visa application form to Serbian consulate in Turkey or China through email. if they approve your visa then you will have to go to Turkey or China to get stamp on your passport.
There is no embassy of Serbia in Pakistan. The nearest place to get your visa stamped is China or Turkey.
