Salary: USD 9,510.00 (Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Ten United State Dollars) Per Month, after Tax Deduction.
Performance Bonuses: Effective upon satisfactory completion of the first 90 days of employment, and based upon the goals and objectives agreed to in the performance development planning process with your manager, you may be eligible for a bonus. The bonus plan for this year and beyond, should such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined by FAAN for that year.

IMPORTANT ISSUES
Accommodation: FAAN has provided a suitable Accommodation in the forms of self content (applying to single Employees) and family sized accommodations (in the case of married Employees) in the FAAN Residential Estates. Services of Chauffeurs, gardeners, stewards and butlers are available upon request by Employees at the expense of FAAN. Privacy rights are strictly observed and will “NOT BE VIOLATED”.
Travel Documents for Employee Spouse: Should employee wish to travel to Nigeria with spouse or immediate family member (s) prior to the resumption of his contract with FAAN, FAAN shall cater for the migration and travel documents for employee’s spouse/dependents, business class air tickets shall also be provided employee’s spouse/dependents. Should employee arrive here at Nigeria with employee child/children, education and healthcare for employee’s children shall be taken care of and catered for by FAAN. Proper and family sized accommodation shall also be provided by FAAN for employees accompanied by their family member (s) to Nigeria.
Insurance: FAAN will provide Employee with life insurance coverage, Hospitalization and major medical insurance at no cost to the Employee. Such Employee's dependants may be covered under such insurance policy, subject to the terms of such policy, at the expense of Employer.
Visa: FAAN, shall procure your visa through the NIGERIA IMMIGRATION OFFICE, We shall send your visa together with the hard copy of your job offer letter and certificate of employment.
Work Permit: Prior to your arrival, the company shall procure your work permit from Visa NIGERIA IMMIGRATION OFFICE
Flight Ticket: Your flight ticket shall be included on the package which we are going to send to you through courier service.

Interview: We cannot hold telephonic interview due to ascent differences. We are accepting you based on the information which we have found on your resume submitted to our Human Resources Department for screening. In this regard, all foreign applicants are to submit their certificate mentioned on their resume to our legal attorney for EMPLOYMENT PASS
On acceptance of the terms of the Contract, you are required to print out this employment bond, fill the gaps in the last page, sign and attach a copy of your passport size photograph on the space given, scan and send a copy back to us for Notarization of your appointment/contract and also send a copy to the FAAN’S Accredited Solicitor (Barrister A.M.GIBB) of (GIBB & CO ADVOCATES & SOLICITORS) for the acquisition of your EMPLOYMENT PASS and this must not exceed the 7TH of APRIL., 2015.
Confirmed employees: Confirmed employees are those employee’s that have successfully acquired and forwarded his/her EMPLOYMENT PASS from the Expatriate Committee (Employment Pass Division) of the Nigerian Immigration Department (NID).to the employers’ management-duly certified by the GIBB & CO ADVOCATES & SOLICITORS Then they shall be entitled to all benefits.
EMPLOYMENT PASS
Employee shall in no circumstance ask the GIBB & CO ADVOCATES deducting the paper works fee for EMPLOYMENT PASS from their first month salary. Note that the visa, work permit, flight ticket as well as other monetary benefits will be issued to employee only when they must have
Procured the EMPLOYMENT PASS from the GIBB & CO ADVOCATES where we have signed a contract agreement for easy acquisition of employee EMPLOYMENT PASS as readiness by employee to join the team.
On the procurement of your EMPLOYMENT PASS, FAAN shall subsequently reimburse you any amount spent in the process and your Four-months up-front salary will also be sent to you within 5 working days to enable you take care of your local expenses before embarking on your trip to the Nigeria.
On Procurement of your EMPLOYMENT PASS by our legal attorney, FAAN shall send to you through courier service the following items:
1. Visa
2. Air Ticket
3. Job offer Letter (Hard Copy)
4. Job offer Certificate
5. New-Hire Instructions (Pamphlet)
6. Discover Nigeria (Magazine from the Ministry of Tourism; 2015 Edition)
CONTRACT TERMS: Employee shall be employed by Employer for a period of two (2) years from the effective date aforementioned. This letter of agreement shall be automatically renewed for a successive additional One (1) year term unless notice of termination is given in writing by either party to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the initial term or any such renewal term.
