For some reason i cant get in contact with the Embassy that is in My home town Skopje Macedonia,

My name is Antonio Jakimovski and i come from Skopje Macedonia.
I Have a half Brother in Norway and he leaves in Trondhaim Norway , my question to you is there a posibility that i can come and work in Norway since i am an hard worker with many skills and i will work any job that i can find,mainly i have been working in Fashion shops and sport wear shops in Skopje like : Hugo Boss, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Adidas and some tech shops for Pc and home apliances. Pls i Have a brother there and i really want to be near my family and work there since finding a job in Macedonia is hard and the pay is very bad
