ISSUE OF VISA
Sir, I am invited to participate in a literary festival in Oslo, Norway on 21st Sept, 2014. I have to start from Guwahati, Assam on 18th Sept, 2014.Also I need 3/4 days for some preparation/ packing etc. But I did not yet receive visa. Therefore, please help me to get the visa in this week so that I can participate in the fes on due date.
