please, how can i find info re my father who was in ww2 norwegian army ,,,thankyou
I visited Tromso for several days and really enjoyed my experience of Norway. I purchased goods on 02.03.2015. and then travelled by bus and train from Tromso to Abisko in Sweden. The only point I could receive my tax refund was in Stockholm's Arlanda airport when I flew home on 06.03.2015. Unfortunately the plane was late touching down and so I had very limited time to obtain my refund. I explained this to the Global Blue desk in Stockholm which was very busy (one person had presented at least 20 forms for validation). I was directed to another desk which had only one operator who was also busy with people who were presenting multiple forms for validation. With 5 minutes to go before my flight I had to leave but was given no advice or help about what to do. I trust there is some way in the circumstances I can gain a refund. I can provide evidence of my flights alongside my receipts. Can you help please? Simon Barrett
