I'm medical doctor doing master degree in nairobi university in tropical medicine and infectious diseases I'm the only south sudanese doing this impotent specialist in our country I suppose to be sponsor by the ministry of health but the minister said they don't have money he can't bring milke from birds so he told us to come back I have the three children they are with me here I can't go back with them by bus as you know the situation of the road my academic year is 3000 us per year for 2 year I need you help if it is possible
