THIS EMBASSY HAD SENT ME MESSAGE WITH E.MAIL AND WEB ADDRESS OF CONCERNED NORWEGIAN OFFICIALS FOR POSTING MESSAGE WHICH I HAVE MISSED AND REQUEST TO KINDLY SEND ME AGAIN FOR WHICH I SHALL REMAIN THANKFUL.
Unfortunately, Pakistan is one the country on the globe where schools are found not on grounds, but on papers, in records, in the audit books in some cases.
The teachers recruited for such schools need to be educated.
I am sorry to conclude my observation regarding your funds for improving Pakistani Police which have gone fruitless. I request the concerned to kindly not to provide cash/funds, instead provide technical and cultural co-operation.
HOPING FOR A BETTER POLICE IN PAKISTAN WITH THE HELP OF UN AGENCIES, DONOR COUNTRIES.
