I ask how my fiance can arrange for his uncle and aunt in Turkey to come on a visit to Norway. The aunt want to visit her turkish sister who lives in Norway and has been married to a norwegian for about 50 years.
Do the aunt ant uncle need to go personally to the Norwegian Embassy in Ankara to apply for a visa, or can they send the visa -applyform to the embassy?
I will fill in a form to guarantee for their visit and we will pay for the tickets and their stay here for 1-2 weeks at Christmas time in december this year 2016.
The turkisk uncle and aunt have two adult sons, and is it possibile that they can deliver the needed papers at the Norwegian Embassy in Turkey with id-card and show the passports before applying?

In 2012 UNHCR sent our case to USA after 2 ICMC interview united state denied our case after 3 years it was last year September after that We've asked the United Nations several time to give our case to another country for resettlement but UNHCR say No country will accept Afghan refugees I do not know if that's true and why
Considering all the ills and problems that I have A spinal cord injury, diabetes and depression together with my disabled and my elderly mother It is very hard to live with these problems and Uncertainty for us here So i desperately request you that accept our asylum in your country for resettlement
