Further negotiation for a Peace Treaty is necessary.
Although my knowledge of North Korea affairs in 1972 was limited as I was a beginner in regard to understanding foreign policy, it was explained to me by a North Korean military officer that the 1953 Armistice cease fire agreement was signed by all parties. Unfortunately, a formal peace treaty is difficult for both nations due to policy conflicts. As one can see, the only way to work towards peace is to assist in overcoming these policy matters by normalizing trade and banking so that both Nations can do business with all other Nations on a competitive basis. Also, it is my serious opinion that South Korea needs to respect this sensitive situation and restrain itself by not provoking the North Korean administration with unfit publication of provoking material in its publications and news broadcasts.

" 'Knowledge Sharing' Economic Development on all issues related to the DPRK".
Firstly, I agree with John Nelson's comment above that the Armistice Treaty of 1953 needs to be signed. I am hopingto have an open discussion with both the North Korean and Mongolian Ambassador in London. I have written a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), in order to form a 'Knowledge Sharing' Multiparty Dialogue Mechanism Unit to discuss all issues related to the DPRK. As you know North Korea faces many challenges, and even if what I am doing does not come to fruition at least one has got some form of communication going through 'Knowledge Sharing'. Pressure has been put on China not to return North Korean Refugees to face torture, or execution back home. Mongolia is interested in reopnening a PROCESS via the US to renegotiate the Six Party Talks. anyway, I agree we need to do something towards getting this Peace Treaty signed, now is the time to do it.

Normal Trade and Banking measures are needed.
As it has been stated by the permanent representative in the past that the North Korean Administration follows the procedure of military deterrants to maintain peace, it is now necessary for the United Nations to assist in developing normal Trade and Banking measures in respect for this effort. Millions of people live there. Imported goods such as wheat and other necessary things require dependable fair trade practices, without interferance from any other Nation. For that matter, it is wrongful to barr the people of North Korea from entry into orbital projects for the placement of proper satellite systems by the use of a capable rocket. The United States is involved in satellite projects of all kinds, and attempting to barr North Korea from doing the same is an unjust interferance with peaceful negotiations.

We must further normal trade and banking relations.
Financial pressure placed apon North Korea must end. Millions of people live there. Normal trade relations for wheat and other necessary matters is the key to normal relations everywhere. When this kind of thing is in place, the North Korean military will be pleased, and so will I.

6 way talks initiative.
Two messershmidt 18 fighters obtained by United Nations requisition to enforce the border for Mr. Kim in 1972 in switzerland show that a rocket for satellite positioning aquired by U.N. requistion would help ease tensions. follow the requisition standards guys, including air clearance. Also, private managed uranium futures for derivitives financial growth is appealing to me.

SIGN TREATY OFFICIALLY ENDING WAR
BOTH NORTH KOREA AND SOUTH KOREA
GOVERNMENT IMMEDIATELY NEED TO SIGN A FORMAL TREATY ENDING THE WAR BETWEEN NORTH AND SOUTH KOREA THAT STARTED IN 1950. NO FORMAL TREATY WAS SIGNED AND THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT FURTHER MILITARY VIOLENCE AND TO PROMOTE PEACE.
