Shortrange missiles
That was a stupid move, directly aimed at South Korea!

Is that the reason why South Korea closed the industrial Plant?

If so correct that mistake!

Just a few steps back!
Oke guys,

That rocket launch was a blunder!
Things were working out for the best!
Small investments!
Cleaning up the town,my idea anyway!
These investors have to come back, most of them South Koreans!
Did you make an apology to them?Do so!
Don't overreact when there are military exercizes and stay calm!
Don't launch to many rockets, especially not long and middle range rockets!
See what you can do about it and get the South Koreans back!

Good luck.

For better relations
For better relations with the west, contact the British embassy Pyongyang with access to GB,Germany and Sweden.
No soldiers, just diplomats from your side!
Soldiers not welcome in that industry complex
No long range rockets over Japan and South Korea is a must!Launch them over Russia territory if you want these rockets so much!
Get yourself access to the west like Iran did it!
Hydrogen reactors out of the question!
If so,the same solution like with Iran!
then prosperity awaits!
