better service thank you for allowing me to post a comment.I'm just annoyed at not having some one in the office after 9.00o'clock to answer my call,refering to the wellington office,I would have thought office hour's would apply 9-5Mon to Friday.I'm applying for a birth cert from the motu,applied two weeks ago this MONDAY,Should have had some sort of responce by now?

I'm wanting to know who & how I can get my original birth certificate from Niue??.
I am trying to get my Licence renewal. I have been told by the Licensing Agencyand Nz Department of Internal Affairs that my current NZ passport thats expired is not accepted to renew with!. So I have to URGENTLY! Get my original Birth certifate to renew my Nz passport in order to get my Drivers Licence renewd A.S.A.P.Thanku.
