LETTER TO THE CONSULAR OFFICE.
My son is sixteen months old. He has an American birth certificate, so i am contemplating taking him home to see my parents. Does he really need a passport to go to Nigeria? Thanks in anticipation.-

get a working phone
Every embassy and organisation have a working phone and a real person, our embassy is full of robots, we need people at the other end for answers.

You are all the same!
Can't you people think of a positive way of affecting humanity, rather than being dubious to swindle people? Unfortunately you are just tarnishing the image of whoever parades him-/herself a Nigerian, even though every country of the world has her own share of crooked people. For God sake, find a better way of making a living. The head of "that fish called" Nigeria is rotten.
