AN APPEAL LETTER FOR ISSUANCE OF NIGERIAN VISAS TO
MRS KATARZYNA BONANOWICZ AND HER SON TO VISIT NIGERIA

We have been briefed and our professional service retained by Mr. Akubueze Bona Chibuike the husband of Mrs Katarzyna Bonanowicz (hereinafter referred to as our “Client”) on whose firm mandate and instruction we state hereunder as follows:

Our client avers that last month, February 2011 his lawfully wedded wife (Mrs Katarzyna Bonanowicz) together with their son (Bonanowicz Akubueze Chibuike Bartosz) application number:374-2011 were denied visas to visit to Nigeria by the Officials of Nigerian Embassy in Poland and that all efforts made to convince them that they are full citizens of Nigeria who have desired to visit home (Nigeria), supported with various valid documents as demanded by the Officials of Nigerian Embassy in Poland proved abortive.

Our client further expressed worries over continual delay of his wife (Mrs Katarzyna Bonanowicz) together with their son(Bonanowicz Akubueze Chibuike Bartosz) to return back to Nigeria by the officials of Nigerian Embassy in Poland who have refused to issue visas to visit Nigeria.

Your Excellency, we humbly solicit for your quick interference in the above raised issues by our client and ensure that Nigerian visas are issued to these citizens of Nigeria living in Poland and who at the same wish to visit their relations at home -Imo State of Nigeria.
