Repatriation funds
We have been dealing with the High Commission in Pretoria and the service has been deplorable. My mother went to Nigeria and returned on the 23rd of April and started the process of claiming for her repatriation refund on the 24th. She was told that it would take 2 weeks for the refund to be effected. It is now almost three months and the staff at the accounts department are giving her the run around. She has been fed with lies, told that the money would be deposited tomorrow every time she calls. We have lost count of the number of tomorrows that she has been promised and need this matter looked into urgently.I can be contacted on 0729314039 with feedback
