I represent a Nigerian firm trying to get in touch with the High Commission in Kenya with a bid to invite a Kenyan business partner but cant get through on phone. I sent an email with an attachment of the necessary documents, is this enough to grant my friend a visa or what other steps must i take? Do we have like an home office where we could submit documents for verification in Nigeria?
