PLEASE USE YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO HELP OUT BECAUSE WITH THE INTERVENTION OF YOUR OFFICE HE WILL REALISE MY RESULT. can i send my russian passport to the embasy by DHL and obtain a visa if this is not my first time travelling to nigeria,.i was very pleased the way i was attended to by the embassy during my first trip to nigeria after 12 years in 2009,please keep it up
