STOP THEM FROM CRUELTY AND EXPLOITATION
I am a Malaysian. Last 2 years I have been helping Nigerians 2X weekly with basic needs, taking them to church making a few trips by car weekly and now in Feb I got a 2nd hand van to ferry them to church. Their story is the same, they are LURED to M'sia in promise of jobs whilst enrolled as students in 'schools' & 'colleges'
Once here they are left to the mercy of local Agents who are connected to schools and colleges, passports are held back by schools or colleges untill the full amoumnt of fee is paid whilst a huge commission is also taken by the Agent.

My concern is The Nigerian Embassy should look into such cruelty and exploitation of Nigerians in M'sia, especially the unfortunate ones who are looking for better opportunities to help improve their family situations back home?

The Nigerian Embassy should also stop them from coming as student to work or make it very clear that there's no job. This could be done by individually educating them when they apply for visa to come to Malaysia or by the medias, internet and by headman of villages, churches and mosque.

PLEASE HELP YOUR PEOPLE. STOP THEM FROM COMING. STOP THE POOR FROM BEEN EXPLOITED FURTHER.

THANK YOU

Avance Fee Fraud in Malaysia
I got admission into legenda university college malaysia in 2010 to study Electr/Electronics Engineering. When came into malaysia in December 2010, what i was expecting is not what i got in the school. I decided to withdraw from the program officially with approval of the school authority following the deu process from the school authorities within 7 (seven) days of my resumption in the school and i returned back to nigeria. The problem now is that, the schools regulation aproved to refund 100% of my tuition and fees back to me (within 3-6months 3 max)even though that was their promise to me b4 i left nigeria, but uptill now the school is yet to pay me a din out of almost a million naira i paid to the school and these is the 8th month i left the school. The most annoying aspect is that the school authorities have stop picking my phone calls once they see my number. They wont even respond to my emails even though i threatend them in my last email to report them (d school) to nigerian embassy in malaysia and take them to court and request damages 4 breach of trust they wont even bulge. Maybe they feel cos i am a nigerian or bcos of d distance i cant come to malaysia i dont just know . Pls me out to get my morny and i will ever remain grateful to be a nigerian. Bcos these people want to eat my money. Thank u regards untill i hear from u. The schools tet no. +6067587888, +6067586684, +6067587713 mr simon finance department. NEW PASSPORT APPLICATION
I HAVE BEEN TRYING HARD TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE MY NEW ePASSPORT ONLINE APPLICATION BY MAKING PAYMMENT OF THE REQUISITE 65 DOLLZ WITH MY VISA CARD FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW, BUT IT WOULDN'T GO! YET IT'S NOT ONLY VALID, BUT THAT SAME CARD IS WHAT WE USE FOR ECOMMERCE, I MEAN ONLINE SHOPPING- IT HAS THE "VERIFIED BY VISA" CODE TOO, YET IT'S BEEN DIFFICULT. MEANWHILE, I CAME TO YOUR OFFICE ABOUT IT LAST WEEK, AND WAS ASKED TO APPLY ONLINE. i HAVE PRINTED OUT ALL THE OTHER FORMS I FILLED, AND I WOULD BE COMING TO YOUR OFFICE AGAIN SO YOU CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR ME YOURSELVES - I MEAN I 'LL BRING WITH ME THE CARD AND ALL THE DETAILS. THANKS FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION.
