Please Iam using to opporturnity to known why a citizen of Federal Republic of Nigeria in spain only should pay hundred and sixty Euro to uptain police report to enable the citizen to use it for resident permit,it is very sad and why are we the citizen of Nigeria the only country all over the world to pay or to do this in world.check every year police will come from Nigeria to spain and give to indiviual form to fill and pay this said amount then to wait again for another one year before you get the police report,check all the state in spain and how many thousands of peoples paid this amount every year oh God help us oh mr president help us please,are we not peoples like other country?check a time police suffered to carry Euro bags into plane.please any good citizen of nigeria help us to forward this to Mr president.Thank and God blessed.

I, JADEMI Abraham Anasere Olayemi, born on the 10th of May 1983. a Citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with passport number: A00187595, reside in the aforementioned above address, studying a language course at present in the Republic of Belarus, wishes to continue my Educational career in Latvia, of which have secured an admission with Riga Technical University in Latvia to study a course in Computer System(Engineering).
