Am a student in kharkov and recently I misplaced my passport I want to know if the embassy have started making new passport because the last time I was there, I was told that the machine is in kiev but that the embassy have not started issuing the passport yet. I just want to know if the issuing have started so I can know if am to come to kiev for another one?
