I have been invited to attend a conference in Abuja Nigeria from 28th June to 30th June.it is African Urban youth assembly orgnised by UN Habitant.

I am from Rwamda and i would like to know how i can get a Nigerian Visa. Does one get iy upon arrival at the airport? Or do i need to come to Kampala to get? What are the charges for it? I have failed to get to some one although i have called the phone number sevelar times.
