Very bad service, anyone l have tried to talk too, very unhelpfully. Payment on line very poor. Emmbassy services very poor. Plz, Africans lets improve our service standards.
I am disappointed/soft word about the service, at this point there is now proper valid reasons for a delay of issuing the visas, I am now waiting 10 weeks since dec for STR visa, pathetic I say.
the phones just rings and no on helps you .
i've calling your office for the past months and no one is attendig to my call, its very disapointing.
