Poor customer service
I need to make a complaint.... The lady who answers the phone in your Johannesburg office is very rude and dismissive, she is not a good reflection on Nigeria. Please hire a proper receptionist with the ore telephone etiquette for the job.

PASSPORT
I applied for a passport from April and have never received it. The first time I applied through an agent(EKENE) here in Durban, and after a month he disappeared. In July I went to Johannesburg to apply for an emergency passport, until now I have not received it. They keep telling us that the office of the consulate is coming to Durban but they don't come. Please assist as I am loosing everything that I have. (0782166658/ 0835406746)
