Dear Nigerian Consulate-General,
My E-Passport will expire on the 24th of April, 2013. I'm a Nigerian resident in Qatar and would like more information on how to renew my E-Passport. Can I come over to Saudi Arabia to renew it? If so, how much is the renewal fee?
