Having stayed in Vietnam for over six years and seen the remarkable improvements brought by the present staff in contracts to the previous,one begging to wonder what informed the defamatory attack on this National who have come to unify,integrate and mend the damaged images caused same people who call others criminal

i want to find out , how can someone get vietnamese visa.i have being in there office in abuja.but am not satisfy with answer giving to me.their told me to bring visa approval from vietnam.but how can someone get the approval without knowing any-body there.so, i want my embassy to tell me how to get the visa.
I want to check if Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is an real organization in Niger where it located in 31 Haile Selaisse, Asokoro, Behind ECOWAS Building, Abuja ?
