I am a Nigerian presently in Ecuador.I need to get my university certificate sent to me from Nigeria.it is be used to obtain professional visa in order for me to have a legal residency here.The immigration lawyer told me it has to be legalized before it is sent down here.i want to know how to go about legalistic it and where i will get it done.
i will appreciate it if i get response from you soonest on this matter as I have tried calling the embassy telephone number (+582129938281) but get frustrated after pressing zero as instructed.pls help me.
