I arrived Perth, Australia yesterday to study Geographic Information Science at the University of Western Australia under the auspices of the Australia Awards Africa Scholarship. I have been issued 22624977 as Student ID. We were asked during the pre-departure Briefing held in Abuja to contact the High Commissioner to register our arrival in Australia. I applied for my E-PASSPORT and has done the biometric data collection but has not received my E-PASSPORT up till today. It's already 10 days. I have called the embassy to check the progress of it as I needed the int'l passport very urgently, nobody is picking up calls. I left several voicemail but never received call back from them. I sent an email but no reply.
What do I do?
