HELP IN GETTING SLOVENIAN VISAS FROM THEIR EMBASSY IN CAIRO
Hello and good afternoon Sir,
I am Muhammad Yunusa, a Senior Regulatory Officer with the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority Abuja, Nigeria. Myself and a colleague (Mr. Amuni Adebayo) are to attend an International Training Course at Slovenia between 26th September to 6th October 2011. Unfortunately there is no Slovenia Embassy in Nigeria. Hence we were directed to forward our International Passports and other documentations to your Office (Nigerian Embassy in Cairo) for onward delivery to the Slovenian Embassy in Cairo for the issuance of Visas to us; and possibly the return of same back to us here in Nigeria. Please we would like to know the charges we need to pay in this regards.
Here is the excerpts of the email we received from them today:

Subject: Re: ***SPAM*** VERY URGENT INQUIRY PLEASE...
From: vka@gov.si (vka@gov.si)
To: elyunus@yahoo.com;
Date: Wednesday, September 7, 2011 12:55 PM

Dear Sir.
your passports should be transfered through Nigerian Embassy in Cairo to our Embassy. NOT EGIPTIAN!
That means that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria should tomorrow send the passports to Egypt into the Nigerian Embassy in Cairo. The respected diplomat of Nigeria in Cairo will transfer your passports to us with the Verbal Note.

Deadline to finish the procedure in time is Monday, 12th September.

Sincerely.

Veleposlaništvo Republike Slovenije
Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia
