I m Adeola,living in peru,planning to get marry to peruvian lady and we went to Ministro del Peru and we were asked that my Nigerian International passport has to be legalized before i file my document for the marriage and i was told this legalization could done in Nigeria consulate in Argentina/Brazil.
Can somebody help out how to go about it-Documents and payments involved?

I AM A NIGERIAN WITH PASSPORT NUMER A3105970.I WAS ATACKED BY SOME CRIMINAL AND THEY TOOK AWAY MY PASSPORT ,AND OTHER OF MY BELONGINGS.AND ON MY WAY TO BUENOS AIRES, THE POLICE ARRESTED ME TOOK ME TO FOZ DO IGUAZU ,AND FORCED ME ME TO GO TO PARAGUAI.KNOWING FULLY WELL THAT THERE IS NO NIGERIAN EMBASSY THERE .AND I TRIED TO ENTER BRAZIL ON THREE OCCATIONS BUT THEY REFUSE ME BECAUSE I DONT ANY DOCUMENT TO PERMIT ME ENTRY.RIGHT NOW I AM STRANDED HERE .AS I DONT KNOW ANY BODY NEITHER DO I KNOW ANYWHERE ,I AM DIEBETIC AND HYPERTENSIVE AND MY HEALTH IS GETING BAD.I CAN AFFORD MY TICKET BACK TO NIGERIA. it is adviceble for one going to argentina should be on a very serious business,and such people should be well prepared finacially,just to avoid harrasment.and also it should not lead tham in to other difficulties,at the course of staying in the country.
