I am a Nigerian from Mubi North Local Government Area of Adamawa state. I read BA French Language and i should like to further my studies in either the Language or the African litrature in French.

Your Excellency, I am a Cameroonian presently living in Cameroon, I intend to enroll for PH.D in Public law in the University of Calabar during the 2012/2013 session. Sir,I write here to inquire whether it is possible to acquire postgraduate application forms from your consulate in Buea, or I shall have to travel to Calabar. When does postgraduate admissions into Nigerian Universities begin?
