Sir few months ego i applied for an india visa which i brought all the required docuements comfirmed by receptionist mr narender and the same mr narender ask me to pay 1060 reas visa fee before they could proced which i did through bank .to my surprise after paying the visa fee mr narender told me that fedral republic of nigeria has ordered them not to issue visa for a nigeria citezens here in brasil.plaese sir i need to take my visa fee which they refuse to refund back to me uptill date.please sir could you help me to speak to the consula of india here in sao paulo for my refund.

i have a brazil protocolo i need to take my 3month baby to nigeria did she need a visa
am in an hurry so i want to take my baby to nigeria for am agent visit so is it necessary for to obtain a visa for her please put through.have already book a ticket.
