Injustice
I would like to report the case of my Brother Esomonu Fredrick Uche who was studying at Jiangxi province in Nanchang. He was enjoying China scholarship until the time he was arrested due to his friend he introduced to an agent in Nanchang for his extension of visa. The agent did fake visa for his friend and my brother took police to the agent office and the agent did not denied and acknowledge that my Brother did not know anything about it. this issue occurred in March till date he has not been released, Please help me out.

how can i handle this case

I am a Nigeria living in Kuwait , i used to visit china for business before but since 2008, i could not come back to china but hoping to visit soon, my question is i have a Nigeria named Samuel Njoku living in Guangzhou i used to take care of this friend anytime am in China, i send for him $5000 usd to buy me some goods and send to Kuwait more than 2years now he did not send me the goods and he is always telling me stories that he used the money as he has problems and will pay me back even till today he has not pay me my money , who is the right authority to
address this issue in china as i have the western union papers i used in sending the money and there are witness who knew i send him the money , your advice is highly needed , as i do not want to
