Nigerian!
The attitude of the staff at Nigerian embassy at UAE is entirely contrary to the real behaviors of the Nigerian people. What I mean is that, it is an individual thing. To assume so to the entire 150 million citizens, is a great injustice. Nigerians are peace loving people. Even-though we have our problems just like any other nationals, we still remain homely to all. Good environment for business etc

Shoddy service that does nothing good for Nigeria
We were passing through the UAE and needed to obtain new Nigerian visas for a number of our top staff. All had numerous previous Nigerian visas that were multiple entry, six months validity. Our group has a local office in Nigeria with a registered local company; we hold an oil concession. The attitude of the front office staff was arrogant and belligerent; the Indian gentleman is particularly spiteful, the African lady downright rude. The young Arabic lady was pleasant but unhelpful. What a team! The process took four visits plus the standard $253 per application; the visas were issued today - one multiple entry for three months, one single entry three months validity and one refused. The Indian gentleman gloatingly advised that it was the consul's discretion as to the issue and validity of the visas issued. This is the treatment dished out investors in the country! We'll be certain to renew our Nigerian visas in another, more friendly and practical location.

MAL-EDUCATED STAFF
I've been trying to call the Nigerian Embassy here in Abu Dhabi but nobody's answering even working hours. That's why i decided to visit directly the office and inquired on how to obtain visa. She gave me only a paper listed the requirements. When i asked her some question on my mind pertaining to visa, she answered me arrogantly. It seems that we have some dispute. She doesn't know how to deal and entertain the public. Take note that her job is dealing people in any nationality but her attitude did not fit her job. Hoping to find action into this matter. I feel disappointed to the treatment i received from her and to Nigerian Embassy. The way she treated me, shows the reflection of her country and i felt sad to this incident.

Incompetent staffs
I have been calling our Embassy to get details on an issue,But they never picked for months & when they finally did, the lady that attended to me sounded as if we already had a dispute and she ended up banging the phone on me! Pls the staffs at the customer service department should be trained properly, on how to attend to the public.
