I'd like to apply for residency as a pensioner or an investor. Can I obtain the required documentation while here in order to complete the process?

Hello, I am applying for residency as an investor. There is a health certificate needed, what type of information is required?
As well, I would like to import a 25 year old and 41 year old motorcycles with me. Can I pay duty on these bikes or get some certification that they are vintage motorcycles? If so, what type of documentation do you require?

Hello,
We have a family friend coming on holiday with us. He is 16 and lives in Au. He will be meeting us in the US before we all fly on to Nicaragua.
It has come to our attention his passport will expire in 5 months and 11 days on departure and 5 months and 2 days on return...
He is supposed to leave AU. This Sunday.
Is there anything we can do?
Thank you.
Hi,
I am planning to go to Nicaragua with the program sponsored by our university. My nationality is Chinese and I have F1 visa. What kinds of visa should I apply? Student visa or tourist? And what materials should I prepare? There is no Nicaragua Consulate in Columbus, OH. Must I need to apply in person?
I am waiting to hear from you. Thank you for your help!
Best,
Yao
