Dear consolate of nicaragua,
I lost my passport. I have been calling the number for the consolate of nicaragua to no avail. I never get an answer.. Please can someone give me advise as to what to do or how to set and appointment. I live in Long island so traveling to the city is abit hard for me so thats why i would like to set an allointment..
I have left several voicemails and no reply as of today. Need to renew a passport.
I am very frustrated with this embassy I been calling for tge past 5 days , left voice mail and no answer, as a Nicaraguan I can't even count with the service of my embassy.
My father left Nicaragua about the end of 1969 or the beginning of 1970 he died about that same year I think, I am trying to find a death certificate or something that would tell me what happened, I was wondering if the embassy would know this information.

Hello - I was born in the U.S. born to a Nicaraguan mother and am interested in applying for a Nicaraguan passport. I have tried contacting the Consulate to get information on hoe to go about this process. However, this method has not been successful. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello this may or may not be of any help to me.
I have been tring for over a week now to make a oppoinment without any success from anyone to answer the phones at 212-986-6562, have also left message several messages ,without knowing if they are being receive .
It is very frustrating as time is of the essence ,please offer me a solution .

This is not the Embassy/Consulate of Nicaragua in New York. This is the Permanent Mission. The correct information is the following: The address is the same as they are located in the same building on the same floor. The consulate phone numbers are 212-983-2446 and 646-590-4074. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday 8am-12pm
please provide the new address for the Nicaragua consulate in the New York area.
