Passport Renewal
My passport has expired and I need to renew it. I cannot understand the Spanish, and I can't seem to find an English version of the forms and requirements. I would be grateful if anyone could email me info on how to renew my Nicaraguan passport in English.

I have a member of my church congregation in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, who is from Nicaragua and needs to renew her Nicaraguan Passport. The problem is she has not been able to get a renewal form to make the application. Could you please send me the information as to what has to be done and also a Nicaraguan Passport Renewal form.

Blessings,

They never answer the phone
I paid for my passport to arrive in two months instead of three. They have never mailed me the pre-filled out card they had me do. Two months have come and gone. I have been calling and calling no answer. I have email all the emails that I could find associated with this consulate with no answers to any. I have faxed them with no answeres from my faxes. I do not live close to drive down there to see if the passport has arrived.

They are there to help their citizens but they treat us like we mean nothing to them. terrible terrible terrible.

When I recieved my passport your consulate kept my birth certificate. I need to obtain a new certificate but the only way I can do that is to go personally to nicaragua. The problem is that I cannot leave the country because my passport is expired. What can I do
