Incompetencia & Burocracia

horrible staff
this people hate their jobs, they should not be put in this position, they are not polite, they are not helpful, the office is a mess , you are on your own when you get there, they ignore you, they talk back to you, they should be working in a prison

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES
This is by far the most outrageously rude and unprofessional entity I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is horrendous. A pathetic reflection of the Nicaraguan population. So embarrassed to be a Nicaraguan after my experience with this staff!

For a request of presence for a benefit concert organized by a non-profit, who should I contact in Chicago? The other Central American countries have been invited, but Nicaragua has no e-mail for the Chicago Embassy.

Renew a expired nicaraguan passport.
What do I need to renew my expired passport, and how much it'll cost me?
