I am a citizen of India living in US. My green card is under process and hence I do not have a US visa stamped in my passport which is current. However I have the valid travel document and work permit issued by USCIS which is used for visa.Can I travel to Managua and get a visa on arrival for 2 days of travel?

How can I get an original Nicaraguan birth certificate ?
Buenos dias Senores del Consulado General de Nicaragua, ya que no tienen un sistema de comunicacion claro o informacion al publico de sus orarios y dias festivos en sus oficinas consulares al publico.
Podria Usted o algun miembro o empleado del Consulado decirme poe este medio sis sus oficinas estan abierto las oficinas hoy dia 29 o el 30 de Diciembre .
Se le agradece acualquier persona que haga o diga un comentario a cerca de esta pregunta

I need help in acquiring a visa for my wife who has a valid US green card but a Chinese citizen which appears she will need a visa because of her Chinese Passport. I am a US citizen and do not require a visa. I have made multiple attempts to call the SF consulate but no one ever answers and I cannot leave a message due to their voicemail saying I cannot. I have sent an email with no response. I have attempted to contact the LA consulate and same issue with no ability to leave a message, since no one answers. I may need to cancel my airfare and arrangements if I cannot get resolved soon. Help?
