My name is Felipe Ibarguen. I am Colombian and will be in Israel for 2 weeks from October 25 - November 11. I will then go to Africa until December 1st. I plan to visit New Zealand on December 10. Can I process my visa in that consulate in Israel?
What documentation do I need?
Thank you
Felipe
