If that person is so true tell her to give name with evidence then it will be genuine not just putting anyone's name and spoil the entire life
The statement is not true and I know who did it just wana spoil someone life without any genuine reason. Asking for amount not paid when I lodged report then started to jump coz so many places her lies were caught even did forgery in official receipts asked me for resettlement but I said let court decide coz I know haven't done anything wrong.
This lady arishna who is a fiji citizen was a travel agent who took big sum of money from many people in fiji and fled away to nz most probably christchurch.

I HAVE LODGED MY WORK VISA ON THE 09/10/2015.iT HAS BEEN ALMOST SIX MONTHS AND EVERYTIME I CALL FOR UPDATE THE ONLY RESPONSE I GET TAHT THE APPLICATION IS STILL IN PROCESS.
I WOULD LIKE ONE ON THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT TO ATTEND TO MY APPLICATION.

I was in an urgent situation to come to NZ last November. I made my visa application and am very grateful to the understanding of the staff and the service they rendered. I got my visa in 24 hours. That was the best and fastest visa service I have experienced. I did not expect that and I would like to say thank you. I wish you success and the very best during this Christmas period and the New Year.
I would like to lodge a complaint of a lady that usually receives phone calls at the Suva Office (Reserve Bank of Fiji) and is never once responded politely.
today the 8th Sept at 12noon I called the office and i am sure the same lady had received my call with the exact "familiar" rude tone and to make it worse she does not have the answers to any of my questions as usual.
this was in regards to the NZ Scholarship, her answer will be either "I do not know", "I am not too sure" or "I got no idea" and it was obvious that she does not want to assist at all. My request if you could employ a younger, good hearted and patient person who would go an extra mile to assist.
hope this will be looked into and is not repeated.
