Phone line seems abandoned.
My family have applied for residency in New Zealand and our application was successful. My wife is currently living in New Zealand and we desperately want to reunite our family. We need our passports updated with our residency visas. We contacted VSF Global but they say that they don't process passports and we need to contact the New Zealand High Commission in Pretoria. The phone lines seems abandoned and no one responds to our email queries. How can we get our passports processed?

Moving to NZ
My children are residents in NZ for the last 10years. I am a widow (69y) and want to find out what what am I to do to move to NZ to live with them. My son & family left for USA in August 2015. I am all by myself and it is hard to be alone without my family. I have visited my children in your country a few times and would feel quite comfortable living there. Please can you provide me with details how to go about to become a resident in NZ. I thank you for your co-operation.
