Mild comment/query on VFS charges
Good day. Thank you for the recent renewal of my resident visa. I was wondering, though, whether you consider it fair that VFS Global charge the same to assess a brand new visa as to simply forward my passport to have my visa put into a new passport? It seems like a lot of money for very little effort, or at least less than for a new visa? Perhaps there is something I don't know about the process?
Nevertheless, the service from the NZ High Commission is always great.
Kind regards,
Coleen Mannheimer

Phone line seems abandoned.
My family have applied for residency in New Zealand and our application was successful. My wife is currently living in New Zealand and we desperately want to reunite our family. We need our passports updated with our residency visas. We contacted VSF Global but they say that they don't process passports and we need to contact the New Zealand High Commission in Pretoria. The phone lines seems abandoned and no one responds to our email queries. How can we get our passports processed?
