I applied for a visitors visa, my son is my sponsor, but I am struggling with the on line application. I have paid the visa fee, but I need help
How do you apply for a New Zealand visa on line.
When I try to apply for visitors visa wherever I have to enter my country or nationality it throws it out as a mistake and there is also no dropdown selection for this. It says start typing and then make selection but there is no list to select from. Please help.

Me and my husband, applied for our visas through a agents that assist you with immigration. Out visas was approved last year March but we couldn't get a flight out of South Africa in time. We applied for an exception but was declined as well. Will our visas be renewed or do we need to start the process again as our agents cant assist us with an answer.
