Looking for a job as a Driver in any embassy

hello, i am from algeria i tried to call new zeland embassy in france but i couldn't so i would like know how i can contatct them then i send them email too but no reply to me i followed instructions of foeign ministry of new zeland so please tell me how can i know i want apply visistor visa.
