Got an MEMORANDUM OF CONTRACT from Astell Construction Company New Zealand, after checking their website the projects they claim to be theirs are done by other construction companies and are not in New Zealand

I have received a MEMORANDUM OF CONTRACT from Astell Construction Company Newzealand, one time they have done Telephonic interview before interview they had mailed me like they found my profile from LinkedIn, after that they want some basic details and Passport number and CV. After that done telephonic interview and then sent me a Memorandum of Contract.

I already applied from timesjob.Then i have received a MEMORANDUM OF CONTRACT from Astell Construction Company Newzealand, One time they have done Telephonic interview before interview they had mailed me like they found my profile from Timesjob, after that they want some basic details and Passport number and all scan document. after that done telephonic interview and than send me Memorandum of Contract.Is it real ya fake.

Only one time they have done Telephonic interview, which was asked by the HR, before interview they had mailed me like they found my profile from Timesjob, after that they asked some details and Passport number and CV. And after couple of days the send me the Memorandum of Contract.
No google or linkedin were found about this company they have only share them website is www.astellconstruction.co.nz.
