I want to check what's the requirment for the tourist visa application for a China passport holder? If I apply the tourist visa, if it will not be apporved, is it possible for me just to change the application to a transit visa? or do i have to pay another application fee?

GENEROSITY FOR IMMGRANT VISA
Good day. i would like to inquire regarding your immigrant program like Canada? My concern is, do you have modified programs like provincial nominee same from Canada's generous immigrant programs or any coommunity in New Zealand that offered to accept migrant from other countries like Philippines?
